I went for their semi buffet dinner. To my surprise it was actually a full fledged buffet with delicious roast beef and Peking duck and good cheese and hams! The various kinds of crabs as cold dishes were excellent as the crabs were fresh and sweet. Their desserts were all very smooth and delicious. The main dishes varied and I would only recommend the stuffed crab shell （焗蟹蓋）with fried noodles (伊麵） . I booked via klook. It was about 1750 for 3 pax including service charges but not tea or coffee. Very good value.

Overall always a great experience of eating in Murray. Amazing environment and super well trained staff. Food is good as well but for dinner I found the main dish was served very late and also the coffee was not served which is a petty considering they have one of the best espresso machines (LaMarzocco). Nevertheless, it’s always a pleasant experience to come with family of friends and I will most likely visit again soon.

I had a dirty knife when I sat down. Tbh as a 5 star hotel, I expected the teas to have fresh tea leaves than a teabag that I can easily get from Bargain Mart. $80 for a teabag, that was a joke. The food looked presentable but it didn't match up to the menu so I was confused as to what I was eating.

Low key, modern hotel with comfy ambience. Like their internal and external design. Just tried their tea set today with bubble green tea, its lovely with high level quality

Can sum it up best for folks who don't like reading beyond the first sentence or two; it's bad when the service at Transformers: The Ark is better than a place like Murray Garden Lounge. My husband and I met a friend there for tea. We ordered the tea set, and our friend ordered coffee. Staff brought his coffee and didn't bring our tea. The food arrived next, and still no tea. We had to ask no fewer than three staff members over a period of 30 minutes for our tea. And, no, they were not remotely busy. Now, I will state the staff did send over a plate of chocolate and three coupons for a small ice cream, which was appreciated. The food was good. Not great, but good. Overall, not a place I would go to again. Seeva is a much better bet, has better food, and first-rate service.

Enjoyed an afternoon tea set, which is quite popular. The servers were pretty busy. I had to ask for a glass of water after the food arrived. They were helpful and gentle, though. The food was exquisite. It is a must at this price point. I love the gardening setup and the full-wall windows.

I have finally experienced an amazing Afternoon Tea in Garden Lounge of The Murray. From the time that we entered into the lobby, we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were so courteous personable and accommodating, the services was truly frist class. The menu choice was very varied and the atmosphere is calming. We felt very relaxed and were certainly well looked after. I would to thank the staff that looked after us so attentively and will definitely return in the future.

Afternoon high tea set for two. Options and taste were pretty much standard of any other high tea sets available in HK. Scones were good + fresh. Tea was average. Overall the ambience was fine even though some tables were in close proximity with each other. If you were unfortunate to sit right next to local who tend to speak loud without knowing, ask the server to move you to a quieter corner or perhaps next to tourists or couples, they are usually busy in selfie-ing.
